His skillsets encompass industrial scale growing and cultivation, pioneering extraction techniques and the successful development of commercial sales channels.

Julija has expensive experience within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the research and development of cosmetic products. As a scientist she has studied and science. Additionally, Julija has a detailed understanding of medical product registration processes, having previously worked as a pharmaceutical auditor with Governmental agencies.

Tom has been a member of the Association of Charted Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2005 and gained his Fellowship in 2011. He has since served as General Manager, Finance Manager and Finance director overseeing thirteen subsidiary companies within a group listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Vittoria holds dual Anglo/Italian citizenship. She is fluently multilingual, allowing her to successfully manage various marketing strategies in the UK and other European countries. Vittoria joins Swiss Life Sciences Group as PR manager from her previous senior role with a leading UK online florist business.

Notably beginning her professional career with Grant Thornton and qualifying as a chartered accountant, Joanne has over 18 years corporate accountancy experience. She has held the positions of Audit Assistant, Senior Chartered Certified Accountant and Senior Accountant and Auditor.

Logistics Director Michael Kilbane is responsible for ensuring that our supply chain is efficient and effective throughout our organisation. He organises the storing and distribution of all our products, guaranteeing all items and resources are shipped to their appropriate destinations.

Retail Consultant
Valerie is an experienced consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry. Valerie has deep knowledge about the supply chain from purchasing to the sales floor, category management and store and shop front layouts to sales execution. She has helped many companies and has deep knowledge and experience in leading and managing retail organisations. Valerie has experience in startups and building new organisations and holds a Bachelor of Science Masters focused on Hospitality Management and Economics.

Based in Zurich, Switzerland, Patrik helps us with a wide range of issues, including license applications, post-licensing guidance, business start and development, operations and sales analysis, multi-country expansion, merger and acquisition support, marketing services, and corporate formation and structuring for entry and exit.

Julia supervises the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members and is constantly improving our administrative systems, policies, and procedures. Julia helps organise schedules with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
